Here's some observances from the MANY years in the wedding business. Guests will all stay for food, not because it's amazing but because it's free for them. Your photographer may have amazing photos but your guests only see the ones you share. So while a great photographer and videographer are important they don't keep guests at the wedding. Late night snacks can help but people are sticking around til 9 because the late night snack is rumored to be out of this world. There is actually 1 vendor who everyone will remember because they may have been there all day and night. The DJ/ EMCEE will set the tone. Make sure you get some who can relate to your guests of every age and you as well.
